The Titi-Tyy comes from snowy Finland in the far north. Little is known about the bird’s mating rituals or how they reproduce, and observations have ever been made of the juvenile birds, or of the eggs. It is, however, known that the birds reproduce all year round in Finland’s extreme conditions. They are said to nest in kilns that can reach temperatures of 1,260°C, making it impossible to find out how the birds reproduce. This collection of TITI-TYY songbirds is special. Put them to your lips and blow, and they will sing.
