Customer information is acquired in conjunction with webshop www. heiniriitahuhta.com orders, as well as from information saved through customers own sign up to receive a newsletter. Our online store uses cookies. Their purpose is to improve your experience on our site. Cookies and similar technologies can contain identifiers and may involve the processing of personal data. 7. Regular information transfers outside of the EU or the European Economic Area
Our online store is hosted by Shopify. Shopify processes personal data to provide its commerce services and may process data outside the EU or EEA. Information needed to fulfil an order is also processed by the relevant payment and delivery service providers.
8. The registry’s protection principles
The registry’s information is collected in a database, protected by firewalls, passwords and through other technical means. The registry is not kept in hard copy. Access is limited to authorised persons and service providers who need the information for the relevant processing purpose. Huippu Ventures Oy requires its staff to keep customer information secret. We use usernames and passwords.
9. Right to check, forbid and amend
Depending on the legal basis and circumstances, you may have the right to access and correct your personal data, request erasure or restriction, object to processing, and receive your data in a portable format. You may object to direct marketing and withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. Withdrawal does not affect earlier lawful processing.
